OVERVIEW
As a Senior Marketing Specialist and graphic designer, I wore various hats across marketing, graphic design, and website design.
I created, planned, and managed all content for social media, email campaigns, and property listing websites. I designed all marketing collateral, such as: Interactive PDFs (Offering Memorandums and Broker Opinion of Values), postcards, brochures, and market reports.
The property search engine (PSE) on the website didn't integrate well with Squarespace, so I became the project manager for building a new website in Wordpress.
I doubled the engagement rate and CTR on LinkedIn in 5 months and improved average Google position by 5 points and CTR from 2.6% to 3.8%
