INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
Humbl is a plant based casual comfort food chain that launched in the summer of 2019. I was a marketing and graphic design intern for the spring semester that year, helping them get their name out in the Orlando area before opening.
During the internship, I had a number of projects come my way. I created social media content, food packaging stickers, bumper stickers, original brand assets like icons, patterns, and lastly, marketing materials.
I had brand guidelines created by a marketing agency to go off of, but it added a new challenge to this job. I had to help some of the team understand why I was creating what I was creating, how to use and adopt brand guidelines, and the importance of aligning with the brand guidelines and not straying from them. Throughout this experience, I made sure to justify my deliverables with the brand guidelines at hand.
SOCIAL MEDIA

INSTAGRAM STORY HIGHLIGHT COVERS
I created original branded icons for Humbl to use as instagram story highlight covers, but they've turned into icons seen in all sorts of their marketing collateral.
INSTAGRAM CONTENT
I used a blend of my original work, photography of their food, brand-aligned quotes, and other assets to create some of their first posts.
PRODUCT DESIGN

FOOD BOX STICKERS
These are the initial ideas I came up with for both black and white applications. The selected design is now also one of their alternative logos.

BUMPER STICKERS
Another fun project with sticker design.
