1.     E-MAIL EXCHANGE

Once you order, you’ll get an e-mail from me the same day. I’ll already have some of the information from when you placed your order, but I’ll confirm all of this in the e-mail. Of course, I’ll ask you to send me the photo(s) you’d like to use and any sources of inspiration you might have. You can include any additional comments/requests for your piece!

2. I SEND YOU A DIGITAL VERSION

Because I'm working with real paint here, I've found that people really appreciate a digital version of their painting before I actually paint it. If your design isn't simple, this will help clarify my design process. You'll be able to approve a design before I start.

3.     I DO MY MAGIC

You can check how close your order is to being completed on my “Commissions list” tab! The timing depends on how long the list is, so make sure to pick your delivery time accordingly!

4.      I SEND YOU A PHOTO OF THE FINISHED PIECE

Once I finish the painting, I’ll send you an e-mail to look at before I mail it out to you. We will make sure it’s perfect before I send you the final version!

5.     YOU RECEIVE YOUR PAINTING

You’ll receive your painting in the mail! If you have any further questions, I’ll be happy to answer those for you!
